Terms and conditions

Here, in plain words, is how we work together: from your free demo all the way to maintenance. We also confirm the details of each project in writing before you pay.

About these terms

These terms apply to the services WebTerra provides: building websites, setting up related services, and maintenance. By requesting a demo or choosing a plan, you agree to them.

Your free demo

  • The demo is free and you're under no obligation.
  • The demo stays ours until you pick a plan and pay. Without payment, we don't publish it under your name and you can't use it.
  • If you don't like it, just tell us and we'll stop there. You owe us nothing.

Plans and prices

  • Plans, prices and what each includes are as shown on the site when you order.
  • Prices are in Romanian lei (RON). Our VAT status is noted below the prices.
  • You can pay in full or in 12 monthly payments. With monthly payments, maintenance is included.

Delivery and changes

  • The delivery time is the one for your chosen plan, counted from when we have all your materials.
  • Each plan includes a set number of rounds of changes. Extra changes are done on request, at a price we agree on first.

Your materials

You send us your logo, photos and business details, and you confirm you have the right to use them. If you don't have suitable photos, we can use freely licensed images.

Who owns the website

  • If you pay in full, the website is yours from the moment you pay.
  • If you pay monthly, it becomes yours after the final payment.

Monthly payments

  • Payments are made monthly, for 12 months.
  • If a payment is more than 30 days late, we may suspend the site until it's paid, after letting you know.
  • After the last payment, your site moves to maintenance automatically, at your plan's price. If you don't want that, cancel 30 days before.

Maintenance

  • Maintenance covers hosting, domain, SSL, backups and a monthly check-up, plus your plan's monthly changes and response time.
  • Unused monthly changes don't roll over.
  • You can cancel maintenance with 30 days' notice. We then hand the site over to your own accounts.

The 30-day guarantee

For the first 30 days after launch, we fix any technical issue with your website for free. The guarantee doesn't cover changes made by someone else, or issues with external services (such as booking platforms or Google).

Upgrades

You can move to a bigger plan at any time. You only pay the price difference.

External services and Google

Some features rely on external services such as Booksy, Fresha, Calendly or Google Business Profile, which have their own terms. We submit your site to Google and optimise it, but nobody can guarantee a specific ranking.

Liability

We do everything in our power to keep your website working properly. We're not liable for indirect losses or for outages caused by external providers. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Privacy

Disputes

If something goes wrong, let's talk directly first; most issues get sorted quickly. As a consumer, you can also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or use alternative dispute resolution (SAL). If we can't reach an agreement, the courts of Romania have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Ongoing projects follow the terms in force on the date of the order.
